Couple looking for comfort
Had a nice stay here, everything I needed was close by and the breakfast was pretty decent. Plus, the lobby had coffee and drinks, which was a lifesaver after long days.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable.

Friendly, Friendly, Friendly
The staff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and made sure our needs were met from check-in to checkout. I loved how attentive they were during breakfast. one morning, Lamesia noticed when I left the buffet and went out of her way to get me what I was missing! The atmosphere was perfect for families, with spacious rooms and the added bonus of covered parking that made it easy to explore everything nearby.

missingWrote a review on Aug 11exceptional staffconvenient locationbroken refrigeratorunfunctional sinkmissing window curtain
The location offered easy access to popular attractions like Waterfront Park and local dining options, enhancing the overall experience. The staff, especially Petra and Lamesia, provided exceptional service, going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. However, the initial room had a broken refrigerator, a sink that wouldn't drain, and a missing window curtain, necessitating a room change. Although the staff was responsive, a compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated.

Pulled up to Springhill Suites and hit the jackpot with dining spots like Wild Eggs just a hop away! Breakfast might’ve flopped, but at least the room setup was spacious and allowed for some good hangout time with my crew.
Now, about that bathroom—two separate areas felt a bit like a maze, and honestly, a door instead of a wall would've been more convenient. Just a tiny hiccup in an otherwise solid stay!

The location was perfect for exploring the Kentucky International Convention Center and checking out nearby restaurants. The room was clean, with a mini fridge and microwave that came in handy. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
One downside was the breakfast situation. it was often out of food, and we had some trouble with communication at the front desk when we needed assistance.

Had a wonderful short stay and really enjoyed the pull-out couch—it was perfect for our little group!
